Alex Dellinger, DPM, is the owner of Foot & Ankle Associates of Central Arkansas, based in Little Rock, Arkansas, with six physicians and locations in Hot Springs, North Little Rock, Cabot, and Little Rock. After attending Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas, he enrolled in the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. After completing a two-year surgical residency, Dr. Dellinger returned to his home state and has been in private practice since then.
His primary interest in podiatry is coding and billing, and he’s written several articles and has lectured at different CME meetings on billing and coding topics. In addition, Dr. Dellinger has served on the APMA coding committee for the past five years, and currently serves as the state representative on the CAC-PIAC committee for CMS.
In his “second” career, Dr. Dellinger is also a commercial pilot and flies for Central Flying Service in Little Rock, Arkansas. Dr. Dellinger is a self-described “foodie” who enjoys spending time in the kitchen, creating different dishes and flavors from around the world.
