Morgan Fletcher, MD

Dr. Morgan Fletcher is a dermatopathologist and a board-certified dermatologist with a strong academic background and extensive training. She began her academic journey at the University of Texas at Austin, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a focus in Biochemistry. Dr. Fletcher then earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Health at San Antonio (UTHSA), where she also completed her internship in internal medicine and specialized in dermatology during her residency. Dr. Fletcher went on to complete her fellowship in dermatopathology at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) at Galveston.

Dr. Fletcher has dedicated substantial time to research in aging, cancer prevention, and complex dermatologic/dermatopathology cases—both inside and outside of structured research internships. Throughout her training, she has held significant roles within the arenas of resident mentorship and education. With a heart for fostering growth and innovation, Dr. Fletcher remains committed to expanding knowledge within the fields of dermatology and dermatopathology through educational content creation and presentation, resident mentorship, and continued publications.

As a practicing clinician, Dr. Fletcher places great importance on clinicopathological correlation. She believes in maintaining clear and consistent communication with fellow clinicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and deliver the highest quality of patient care. Dr. Fletcher’s collaborative method extends to her work with her Sagis colleagues, where her commitment to education, teamwork, and patient-centered care shines through. Her approach not only enhances patient outcomes but also reinforces her integral role within the Sagis team.
