Dr. Rajesh Yalamanchili is a board-certified dermatologist and dermatopathologist by both the American Board of Dermatology and the American Board of Pathology. He completed his fellowship at the Ackerman Academy of Dermatopathology in New York (NY) and his residency training at the SUNY Downstate Medical Center in New York.

In the practice for over 15 years, Dr. Yalamanchili has also held honorable distinctions at Georgetown University School of Medicine, Harvard College, the Juilliard School and performed at the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts to name a few recognizable achievements.

Merging his medical hiatus with classical music distinctions, upon the completion of Dr. Yalamanchili’s post-graduate training in dermatology and dermatopathology, he practiced clinical dermatology for several years in both New Jersey and Texas prior while maintaining his great interest in dermatopathology. He joined Sagis Diagnostics in 2016 as a full-time dermatopathologist and participates in numerous resident-focused educational activities, including lectures and board preparation reviews.

Dr. Yalamanchili has performed research in such topics as hypopigmented mycosis fungoides, paraneoplastic acrokeratosis, rhinoplasty, biology and biodiversity. His work has been presented and published in journals and seminars such as the 2007 American Academy of Dermatology Annual Meeting, Cutis and the Harvard College “Conservation Biology and Biodiversity” Seminar Archives.
